Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell products to you.

Certain products are produced, packaged, and shipped by independent print-on-demand manufacturers and fulfillment providers, including Printify and its network of production partners.

Although these third parties assist with manufacturing, fulfillment, payment processing, hosting, and delivery, your purchase is made from True Republic Co., unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you represent that:

You are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
You will use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our products, website, or services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Product availability is not guaranteed. A product may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of inventory shortages, manufacturing limitations, supplier changes, discontinued blanks, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Made-to-Order Products

Most or all products sold through our store are created specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because products are made to order:

Production may begin shortly after checkout;
Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production has started;
Products generally cannot be restocked or resold;
Returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse may not be accepted; and
Customers are responsible for reviewing product, color, size, design, personalization, and shipping information before ordering.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

6. Product Variations

Print-on-demand products may have minor variations caused by manufacturing methods, materials, garment construction, printing techniques, embroidery, screen displays, or differences between production facilities.

These variations may include minor differences in:

Color;
Print placement;
Image scale;
Texture;
Stitching;
Garment measurements;
Fabric appearance;
Material tone; or
Packaging.

Colors displayed on your screen may differ from the physical product because monitors, mobile devices, lighting conditions, fabrics, inks, and printing methods display colors differently.

Minor variations that fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.

7. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product measurements before ordering.

Sizing may vary between brands, garment styles, manufacturers, and production providers. A size labeled “large” in one product may fit differently from a size labeled “large” in another product.

We do not guarantee that a product will fit based solely on the customer’s usual size.

Unless required by law or permitted under our Return and Refund Policy, ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange.

8. Personalized and Custom Products

Some products may allow you to submit names, text, photographs, graphics, instructions, or other content for personalization.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order, including:

Spelling;
Capitalization;
Dates;
Names;
Numbers;
Image quality;
Image orientation;
Design placement; and
Any other submitted details.

Personalized products will ordinarily be created using the information submitted with the order. Errors supplied by the customer do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

By submitting content for personalization, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have permission to use it;
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other right;
The content is not illegal, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, or deceptive; and
We and our fulfillment providers may reproduce and process the content as necessary to manufacture and deliver your order.

We may reject or cancel personalized orders that appear unlawful, infringing, harmful, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with our policies.

9. Orders

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in the order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or entered production.

An order may be rejected or canceled because of:

Product unavailability;
Incorrect pricing;
Incorrect product information;
Payment authorization problems;
Suspected fraud;
Shipping restrictions;
Intellectual property concerns;
Production limitations;
Technical errors; or
Other reasonable business or legal concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

We do not guarantee that changes or cancellations can be completed. Once an order has been submitted to production, it may no longer be editable or cancelable.

Requests involving the following details may not be possible after production begins:

Product type;
Size;
Color;
Design;
Personalization;
Quantity; or
Shipping address.

If a cancellation is possible but production work or other costs have already been incurred, the amount refunded may be reduced to account for those costs where permitted by law.

11. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not ordinarily affect orders that have already been accepted and paid, except when a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method;
The information supplied is accurate;
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total order amount; and
You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We may use third-party payment processors. We do not directly control their services, security procedures, processing times, or decisions to approve or decline a transaction.

12. Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the order, customer location, delivery address, and applicable law.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other governmental assessments.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for charges imposed after an international shipment enters the destination country. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the shipment being abandoned, returned, or destroyed. Any refund will be determined according to our applicable policies and may be reduced by shipping, return, customs, or handling expenses where permitted by law.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Production and shipping times may be affected by:

Product availability;
Production-provider capacity;
Order volume;
Holidays;
Severe weather;
Carrier delays;
Customs processing;
Incorrect addresses;
Geographic restrictions;
Natural disasters;
Labor disruptions; or
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products in the same order may be manufactured at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

We are not liable for losses caused solely by a carrier delay or another circumstance beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Before submitting an order, carefully verify:

Recipient name;
Street address;
Apartment, suite, or unit number;
City;
State or province;
Postal code;
Country; and
Any required delivery instructions.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible address supplied by the customer.

If an order must be reproduced or reshipped because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional production and shipping charges.

15. Lost, Stolen, and Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you should:

Check the delivery area and any secure package locations.
Ask household members, building staff, or neighbors.
Confirm that the shipping address was entered correctly.
Contact the shipping carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with eligible carrier claims. However, we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Claims involving theft after confirmed delivery may need to be reported to the carrier, property manager, payment provider, or local authorities.

16. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse;
Incorrect size selection;
Incorrect color selection;
Incorrect product selection;
Customer-provided personalization errors; or
Changes of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy and supported by sufficient photographs or other evidence.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

17. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, sales, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discount codes cannot be combined;
Discounts do not apply to prior purchases;
Discounts have no cash value;
Promotions may exclude certain products;
Promotions may end without notice; and
Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.

We may cancel or deny a discount when it was obtained or used through fraud, manipulation, technical error, or violation of the promotion’s conditions.

18. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit, when offered, may be subject to additional terms displayed at the time of purchase or issuance.

Gift cards and store credit:

Are not redeemable for cash except where required by law;
Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization, except where required by law;
May not be purchased or used for fraudulent purposes; and
May be canceled when connected to fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

Expiration and dormancy rules will be governed by applicable law.
